📦 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

With all original tags and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are free – we’ll provide a return shipping label.
No restocking fee.
No final sale items (except where specifically mentioned).


🛠 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at exclusive@thecocora.com if:

The item is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong product.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with either a replacement or refund.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

Gift cards.

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

⚠️ Sale items cannot be returned.


🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


🌍 EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions mentioned above.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: banks or credit card companies may take extra time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at exclusive@thecocora.com.


🚚 Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by third-party carriers.

For tracking and delivery issues, please reach out directly to the carrier with your tracking ID.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
